Engrav3dAU recommends the use of a soft brush, like a tooth brush or make-up brush to clean embossers & cutters. Luke warm water (below 50°C) with a light dish soap should be used to ensure the cleanliness of your tools. Rinse with cold tap water and pat dry with paper towel or microfibre cloth.

Acrylic and PLA filament is considered food safe and is supported as such by the FSANZ & FDA (USA).

Our cutters and embossers are NOT dishwasher safe, due to the nature of the materials used, temperatures over 50°C can cause deformation and melting. 

Isopropyl Alcohol should not be used to clean acrylic embossers, as the IPA can cause splintering and shattering.

Please ensure to keep your embossers and cutters out of direct sunlight.
